I made this Layout for the ColorRoom challenge. The Sugar Coated paper is pretty hard to glue down,but I was pleased with the end result.

Vintage Layout

This is a picture of my sisters and brother. I'm thinking I was about 5 maybe 6 in this picture. I'm the one on the far left. LOL
I dyed the material & lace using coffee. Handmade all the flowers & spritzed them with glimmer mist & added stickles. Hand distressed the pages and inked them with the ranger ink.

Finally finished my 4th of July Layout...

JC and I spent the 4th by going to the beach and then we went to Harbour Town to watch the sunset & fireworks. This is my first time doing a collage with my pictures. I handmade the flowers & the curly ribbon.

Surprise package in the mail....

Look at this BEAUTIFUL tote sent to me by Tara Orr from Each Moment Only Once...is it not the most gorgeous tote you have seen?? I was so surprised when she sent me an e-mail asking me for my address and then I got this...so sweet!! Her work is amazing!! Thank you..Thank you Tara..it just makes my heart smile everytime I look at it.

Sometimes it's the simplest things..

This layout I made from pictures that were sent to me by my blogger friend Tammy.She said that when she took the pictures she thought of me and my scrapbook layouts. I'm so touched by the fact that you thought of me Tammy and that you took the time to e-mail me the pictures. I hope you like the layout.
The layout looks as though I used a machime to sew, but actually I just used my paper piercing kit form Stampin-up & a white gel pen. I used the same technique on the flower as well. I didn't want to overload the page with embellishments I wanted the focus to be on the pictures. The butterfly is a Western Tiger Swallowtail.
I used the color palette for the challenge in The Color Room.

Fun grungy layout for a challenge over at Citrus Tree Studio, Kayla's GDT Challenge (curling paper) & Tammy's June Color Challenge using brown, blue & cream. This one went together very quickly even though I did so much distressing & inking.
